Christmas Tree Project
A Christmas tree is decorated annually for the enjoyment of the senior citizens and residents of Landmark Health Care Center; realizing that in their working days, their deeds have contributed richly to the betterment of society. Club members take this opportunity to repay them by sharing with them music, refreshments, and a Christmas tree. Members fashion Christmas tree ornaments using all natural and recycled material. |

Conservation/Recycling
Members pitch into the Roving Recycling truck weekly, as waste has a huge negative impact on the natural environment. We continue to educate members at our meetings on items that can be recycled in the Lake Area and the importance of recycling.
Get Noticed
LGCF project to insure visibility in our community through the purchase of decals to stick on window of our car. The decals are made of vinyl, with no adhesive and read "Ask Me about My Garden Club".
Live Oak Registration
To aid in the conservation and preservation of ancient live oak trees; D&WGC is always on the lookout and we continue to register trees with the Live Oak Society. This project ensures the continued culture and appreciation of our ancient oaks.
